Oh, I'm not refering to those people. They automatically all blur together into one poster in my mind, haha. Thanks for the help, but I realized that later: It's a subscription to a service, like youtube.
I wondered what it was because GeneralHawx had "100 SUB" written under his avatar. I thought "I don't think that means he got 100 subtitles, what could that be?", but later I saw a YouTube video of OkiBlaze titled "50 Subs!" so I understood.

Anyone here go to the gym, because I want to know if I should be doing more cardio. I only do it once a week, but I try to do twice (usually laziness gets me). D:

If you want to work on your cardio, you need to do a cardio routine at least 3 times a week.

If you do it before working our your muscles, it also warms them up, so you do not really need to stretch that much.
