Halloween Kerberous.
Black AR and Base. Orange everything else.

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - Tempestas007 - Jul. 01, 2009

I think that's awesome.

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - Sega - Jul. 01, 2009

Awesome color scheme! Looks weird without the stickers, but Kerberous' stickers would ruin it.

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - Dat Ax - Jul. 01, 2009

Do you guys sand them a little first, or do you just spray 'em how they are?

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - Limeguy64 - Jul. 01, 2009

...im quite sure sanding them first would be illegal...

Crimson: I think i might do something similar to my light wheels as well Grin

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - Guardian Odin - Jul. 01, 2009

Using really fine grit sandpaper won't affect their performance and will allow paint to stick better. You simply notice the surface get a little less glossy.

Sorry, meant I like what he's done with the clear wheels, the light wheels and faces are a mess.

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - Bey Brad - Jul. 01, 2009

Those are the normal Clear Wheels. Tongue_out

Smith

Well.
I made a more 'anime authentic' Leone clear wheel.
Heres a comparison between it and the regular leone wheel.

I'd like it to be a little darker, but it's definitely a green Leone now. Tongue_out

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - Bey Brad - Jul. 01, 2009

How did you :o

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - theflightyellz - Jul. 01, 2009

What the.. Ok, how the hell did you do that!?

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - Blitz - Jul. 01, 2009

That looks awsome! I want to make my Leone wheel green ^^

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - Crimson - Jul. 01, 2009

Hahaha.
It's the yellow Leone wheel from Random Booster Light vol. 1.

With a small coat of permanent green marker.
When its dry, it doesn't seem to smudge at all, never chips.
And it sure is pretty.

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - theflightyellz - Jul. 01, 2009

What brand of marker was it?

By using a fine-tip, I was able to colour underneath the wheel as well, so basically all the yellow is covered.

And since its marker, and not paint or anything like that, it still remains clear. so if you hold it up to the light, it still shines through.

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - Pich - Jul. 01, 2009

That looks really good. :o
When I get Rock Leone, I'll definitely do that. It' so pretty <3

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - - Jul. 01, 2009

Gah... I gotta expand my MFB collection ALOT more before i consider customization like this. Also sick job on the clear wheel, would've never guessed it was sharpie.

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - Khel - Jul. 01, 2009

Crimson, that looks really cool.

Is it possible to do that with a regular leone clear wheel?

I just tried it.
It still works, not quite as well as using the yellow wheel, but if a green leone wheel is what you're after, it certainly does the trick.

That's unbelievable. I like it a lot more than the light blue wheel that comes with the regular Leone.

What does it look like with sharpie on the regular blue wheel Crimson?

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - Crimson - Jul. 02, 2009

Not the greatest lighting right now, so the difference isn't as noticeable.
I still like the yellow one more, but the regular leone makes a good green as well.

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - Khel - Jul. 02, 2009

I'm buying a green sharpie

RE: Your Re-paints And Special Customisations - Jsc - Jul. 02, 2009

TBH i liek the regular one better as it is brighter. I Sooo am going to try this when I get R leone. If I screw up jut rinse the clear wheel in Nail Polish remover and marker comes off

Now that the "green" leone is made, would you still say markers are not recommended?
