I have to be seriously honest with you.
I don't think you're going to get a Dragoon MS/UV for $40 anywhere.
I just recently sold mine for $72. =S

Cheapest I've seen for a Dragoon MS is around $55. But, it wasn't in the best condition, was decent.

I have a purple Dranzer MS mint recolor. All stickers applied and it has stickers for dranzer mf too. And the packet it came in.
