This probably could be made quite easily. Just take a WF or XF and glue some rubber on the bottom.

Personally, I'd rather see 80 paired with "L²F", Low Left Flat, an LF half the height of the current one. Prefferably on a Niddhog themed bey.

If you did that with an 85, then it probably would be an 80 and you probably could go lower. The only (partial)problem is that tips would go into the track so are not fully exposed, and would make the Bey more vulnerable to floor-scraping.
Still probably not possible, but cool for sure.
