ive seen people with banners in there siggy and i want one , but with the stuff you dotta do to make it (ive done it before in school) i cant coz this is my parents computer so could anyone help me?

I am very busy and I redirect everybody to the Requests topic anyway, hah. If requests stay in my inbox, they will just get lost among all of my other private messages.
Also, I am not sure FlamePegasus209 will want to ask me to help him since he thinks I am "picking" on him for closing all his topics, hah.
