Hey guys I played mw2 for a couple months now and i have theory:
General Sheperd did not die why? because a knife went to his eye not through his head
Ghost did not die... if u look when he gets thrown into the pit u can see a bullet shot on his shoulders(wouldn't it be cool if ghost gets revenge on sheperd and the mission is called revenge is like a ghost)
so yea its a THEORY so please don't yell at me if i got something wrong or u have a diff opinion

You are aware that Ghost and the guy that you play as (whose name currently eludes me) were doused in flames, right? Also, I think we can be certain that Sheperd has died. The Throwing Knife kills in one hit

This is just one of the things I've never understood. "OMG SOMEONE THREW A KNIFE AT MY HAND, I'LL JUST DROP DEAD NOW" doesn't seem right to me.
