This could be a good way to get the WBO recognized ya know. Well anyways, I WILL hold a beyblade tournament with my whole neighborhood. (Even some adults have beyblades where I live
). So, thats about.....40 competators. I've got this in the bag

That limit of eight person or lower is very ridiculous hah. You could have only two players including yourself, and you have a great chance of winning your own tournament too ...

No you don't, you just have to have a parent consent to you entering if you're under 13, unless you live in quebec, in which case you can't enter unless you're over 13.

Could be a legal issue with using an image of the DS on their site, but that would be an odd obstacle... considering they're giving away the DS game and posted its box.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was one of those "off-brand" gaming consoles.
EDIT: Checked the rules. It's more specific with prizes:
Each Host Prize Pack consists of:
* Eight (8) Nintendo DS Handheld consoles
* Eight (8) BEYBLADE Nintendo DS Games
* a phone call to the Host from the show character Blader DJ*
* Eight (8) BEYBLADE Metal Fusion Battle Tops
* Eight (8) BEYBLADE Metal Fusion Assembly Chambers
* $200 cheque towards food and drinks
