The test must be ran in a bb-10 attack stadium and against top-tier combos

Rock Wolf H145RF is terrible, and battles in the Pegasus Thunder Whip do not reveal anything. Of course Storm Leone DF145SD won by outspin : RF has little stamina and cannot do good attacks in that stadium.

That's a bad combo mainly because the storm wheel has bad stamina. When testing a combo you need to test it against top tier combos. Rock wolf H145RF is also not a good combo, it will have a lot of recoil.

i changed the rf to an s and it still won.

s isnt good for stamina at all i would say test it against an attack but attacks dont work well in the PTW

You clearly do not read what we tell you ... Storm is only good for Attack at a 100 height. If you use it for anything else, of course it is going to lose.
Also, we already know of Flame (Bull) DF145SD ... It is good, but not really top-tier anymore.
