How To do it:
Rip the Winder with Strength
It should circle around the Opponent's Beyblade until it attacks the opponent with a powerful force

Beys that circle around the opponent will not suddenly Attack the opposing Bey...
Even if it does 'Attack', the Bey will not likely have enough speed to deliver a powerful hit after circling around the opposing Bey.
Dark doesn't perform well as an Attack wheel due to the lack of prominent protrusions and/or 'major' ramps.
Also, you haven't even mentioned the Stadium used...
Anyway, we do not recommend making threads for 'moves' that had only happened for 'several times'.
