You shouldn't have started a thread if you yourself can't put any info. Anyways you could have check in http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-BEYBLADE-Metal-Fusion-Spring-2010-Canada-Fall-2010-USA-UK--8098. Where I recall a member saying that it provided a very weak launch compared to the string launcher.

look it up on amazon, it's a new type of launcher, a few others around here have heard of it

Actually almost all active members who read the BMF thread will know about this. We've known for quite some time know as well, and I believe someone has already posted results using it.
EDIT: The link doesn't work, but it is a stickied thread that you should be able to check yourself.

one person, link broken to it though and there is no other thread dedicated to it
like on this someone could post like spin times using it compared to the other two for certain blades and other things like that
