Well people say string is better which i agree but in some cases i disagree. Defensive types in my case because when you are using Wide Ball it tends to move around the stadium a lot more with the string but when you use light it moves around less and stays in the middle which makes attack type life much harder unless you are using the sliding shoot.
So in my review I prefer to use light for defense and string for the other types.
Also if you are using Wide Defense or and other D or SD use string because you wont move around the stadium that much.

we know this and just use the string launcher at 80% power and it wont move as much
