Hm, I am quite certain people like Fyuuor would really disagree. Do you own it ?

I love R145, just not as a defensive track. It looses balance ridiculously easy, and scrapes the stadium floor prematurely, especially in the attack stadium.

I like it quite a bit as an attack-track though, specifically with a metal faced gravity perseus (RF)

r145 is terrible and c145 creates recoil when low attacker hit but gb145 is more stable the c145. No direspect

If anything, GB145 would have more recoil than C145.

Contrary to popular beleif, c145 is recommended for great defense and stamina customs

RE: The ongoing debate: Defensive tracks -- is C145 still top tier? - Mc Frown - Oct. 13, 2010

No it isn't.
Especially not for stamina (and not for defense by me and various others).

RE: The ongoing debate: Defensive tracks -- is C145 still top tier? - Sparta - Oct. 13, 2010

Well its on my beast custom and it beat my friends custom that had ed145 like 12 times

RE: The ongoing debate: Defensive tracks -- is C145 still top tier? - Pimpju - Oct. 13, 2010

ED145 is worse.

In short, your friends use bad combos, and you used a slightly better one.

the top players in our local tournament used gb145 from earth virgo and a metal bottom from burn phoenix. for the face they either use earth aquila or earth virgo.

Woo-hoo? On the bolded.
What does this post have to do with the Topic at hand?

oooops sorry wrong post, so thats where i posted it.

RE: The ongoing debate: Defensive tracks -- is C145 still top tier? - Deadpool - Oct. 13, 2010

I get far better results with C145 than ED145.

Just too much recoil with ED145 , it makes me shutter to think about it.

RE: The ongoing debate: Defensive tracks -- is C145 still top tier? - UV waterboy23 - Oct. 13, 2010

c145 way better because it will deflex ed145 works a little more then 50 percent c145 will work all the time

RE: The ongoing debate: Defensive tracks -- is C145 still top tier? - Mc Frown - Oct. 13, 2010

But ED145 is trash.
C145 is far superior.
Compared to GB145, C145 is trash.
Compared to GB145, ED145 is mega trash.

This made no sense C145 doesn't repell.

My beyblade hate c145 so much it destroyed the claws. All three!

RE: The ongoing debate: Defensive tracks -- is C145 still top tier? - Themailman - Oct. 24, 2010

OK, isn't C145 for repelling low attackers? And isn't GB145 better for taller attackers? Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't this conversation be irrelevant unless we had another option for repelling low attackers? 'Cause it seems like we're comparing a platypus to a cat.

Not really. Unless it's at the 85/90 height, IIRC C145 only had a one win advantage out of 10/20 compared to GB145 against low attackers, and fared horribly against high attackers.

RE: The ongoing debate: Defensive tracks -- is C145 still top tier? - Themailman - Oct. 25, 2010

But, aren't most top-tier attackers super low? So, over all wouldn't that be more adventitious for defense/stamina?

RE: The ongoing debate: Defensive tracks -- is C145 still top tier? - Corey - Oct. 25, 2010

There's plenty of high-tracked attack combos.

RE: The ongoing debate: Defensive tracks -- is C145 still top tier? - LeonTempest - Oct. 25, 2010

GB145 makes all the other 145 tracks look like carp, including this one. GB is far superior. Is this a good part? yes? is it top tier? no
