I'm pretty sure a Peive of Quetz is randomly placed in assorted Boosters.

You have a 1/24 chance of getting a Quetz in pre-HWS boosters (not random).

... wouldn't it just be a 1/8 chance to get ANY part, and 1/24 chance to get a SPECIFIC part?
Unless it's a 3/8 chance to get any part.
