Kuromu Ryugu of Team Pendragon was wandering alone, searching for a strong opponent to train him. He comes across a pair of men in black suits, who challenged him wearing fully powered AI Shooters, but Kuromu was overwhelmed and unable to get close. Then suddenly, Baito, one of the top Underworld Pro Bladers, appeared and challenges Kuromu to a battle. He uses Ekusu Kurosu's name to provoke Kuromu and strikes a proposal. Then, an unexpected person appears and the situation takes an unexpected turn…!

So Baito was created to be a hype fodder for Ryugu? I wonder if he amounts to something besides that, being an anime-only character and all.

I think Baito might do a almost mirror with Impact Drake 9-60LR with Kuromu (Khrome)'s Impact Drake Balance Custom (7-60GP) . . . ?
