So I’ve notified my gacha luck has been absolute garbage lately, haven’t won any bit sets in a while, or black chains, I’ve won a lot of bits before but I haven’t redeemed them, could that be why it isn’t working?

You can't win more than 20 of a specific prize. If that's how many you've won then that should explain everything.
