So if I battle with someone in real life, how am I going to confirm this? And what if the person does not have an account on WOB? Also what if I can't battle anyone else beside this one person?

You can't, unless it was in an official WBO tournament.
If they are in a tournament, they must make a WBO account regardless.
Then you cannot gain Beypoints.
