I know that in 3 on 3 you have to pick in order and can’t change it until the next loop, does this translate to luck or skill? Also, does being able to spam between wizard rod and cobalt dragoon when you have to swap make deck spammy and unskillful?

Yes in 3 on 3 u have to strategically predict and shuffle ur beys to counter theirs

they do not require MORE SKILL, they require DIFFERENT SKILLS.

3on3 tests your ability to build a deck with generalist builds and your ability to pilot your beys in unfavorable matchups.
Deck tests your ability to pilot and use builds that fill very specific roles that all complement each other while also testing your ability to read and counter your opponent more directly.
Neither necessarily requires more skill as both test bladers abilities to pilot their beys while offering different types of deck building challenges.
