What is the most efficient way to buy elevate?
Is it the Whale Wave random booster or the one with Claw Leon in it?

I'd say Whale Wave because it's blade is meta along with its bit. Leon Claw's only useful part would be E itself, so you'd essentially be paying 30 bucks just for the bit.
