If a beyblade is beaten up by someone else's custom bey, is the bey still legal. (The wear on the beyblade looks exactly like a regular beyblade worn.)

No, it won't be legal. Only naturally worn parts are legal, and natural wear involves battling with official Beyblades in an official stadium.
