I have fake versions of all these pieces (b-day gift, I had no say in the matter) and wanted to know if the official versions were any good
The results with my combo are insane, being able to outspin gatling dragon, and survive hits from Guilty Longinus

Yard' is the only bad part of that combo

Perfect Phoenix and Sting were competitive parts when they came out, but shouldn't be any good against DB Layers with proper combos.
If a fake Perfect Phoenix Sting Yard' is winning, something is wrong with your Gatling/Guilty combo.

I'll try to get footage sometime soon. But for now I'll just mention they are stock combo
