Battlepass wont connect to app - Dyo.Urameshi - Jan. 05, 2025
Hello
I recently purchased a battle pass from a tournament and when I go to set everything up the battlepass will just blink green and yellow while the app just fails to recognize it. I have both the Japanese version and Hong Kong versions of the app and it wont recognize it on either, although the code worked on the Hong Kong version and I was able to receive the points.
Has anyone else had this issue or know a solution?

Are you at the proper pairing screen? You need to do a one-time pair to your app account for it to work. The blinking is its pairing mode.
