People think that Aero Pegasus is a pay to win bey, but I think that it should be cheeper than what it is because when I see it in videos I has not burst many beys and runs out of stamina quickly like Dran buster. And let’s face it it would not last much longer than a little over 30 seconds and is a little reckless with the hits unless you alter the speed combo.

It's expensive because it is rare, not because it is powerful. It's something like a 0.01% chance to pull from the Gacha.

No, not at all. While Aero is definitely a top tier Beyblade. You can still win tournaments and do just fine without it. Same goes for CobaltDrake

Oh yeah late correction but it's a 0.7% chance. So roughly every 143 rolls.

You'd need to spend 143,000 points, which is equivalent to buying enough product with a suggested retail price of 143,000 Japanese yen, or about $950USD. In my experience it has not actually taken 143 rolls (I have 2 AeroPegasus), but it's the posted odds.
