Haven't tested this, but does this not just seem like Ultimate Gear Divine with worse burst resistance(albeit with some adjustments)?

Well it's meant to be inspired by the balance and attack of a/s gear! Plus vs gear we get good freespin but this is all the balance parts of the evos for Divine Belial for it
