Looking for Help with 3D Printing In Beyblade X. - Frisk291 - Nov. 27, 2024
I am trying to figure out how to get into 3D printing X Beys? Don't really know where to start and just have some basic questions. What kinda software would I need? What printer would be a good choice? What materials? I did look around but couldn't much on how to get started as a beginner.
P.S. Trying to do stuff similar to CrazyAries and or BenchBlade

For software try blender it’s fairly user friendly, any printer that is multi material is a good on and as for what material TPU would be best as it has impact resistance and is pretty strong. Any way good luck on your endeavor and I hope this helps

Printing metal is uhhh... Very expensive. I believe Aries uses a service like Shapeways or similar to get his beys made.
Blender can work but it's not super great for 3d printing because of how it handles surfaces. I would recommend something like Fusion360 (there's a free version) or TinkerCAD for 3D printing.
If you're looking to print plastics however I would recommend the Ender3 v3 by Creality, very good budget printer to get started with.
If you have money to burn and want to be able to print higher temp materials like ABS plastic I would go with something that has a built in shroud like the BambuLabs do.
