Rock Giraffe has R145 and WB which are two useful parts. On the other hand the Galaxy wheel is outclassed as an attacker as well as its R^2F. So Galaxy is pretty much only a collectors item. Like others have mentioned there is a designated thread for questions like this.
BTW, you don't need to have a lot of beys to be considered "pro", there are a lot of members here who know about beys and they will answer in the appropriate threads. Also SoraAkatsuki you should have read the PM that was sent to you upon registration. You would not be in this situation if you have.
