If you live in the Midwestern states, there is a store called Meijer that accidently got their shipment early. They aren't suppose to release till early 2025. You might find people reselling them on ebay, mercari, etc. The Takara Tomy version (import) is already released, and comes with a full sized winder. The Hasbro has the small proto launcher and sells the full sized winder separately.

tt's wizard rod does not come with a winder (it's only a booster)
