Making my first deck after a shopping spree, looking for advice - Tyego - Nov. 04, 2024 So I'm diving head-first into Beyblade X, after not interacting with this stuff since metal fight in 3rd grade. I've bought a bunch of hasbro stuff from my local target (thank god it's the same as TT), and I'm looking to make a competitive deck or two from the parts I have. Here's the products i've bought. - Soar Phoenix 9-60 GearFlat + String Launcher - Hasbro Xtreme Battle Set - Dran Dagger 4-60 Rush, Tusk Mammoth 3-60 Taper - Dual Pack - Keel Shark 3-80 Flat, Knife Shinobi 4-80 HighNeedle - Dual Pack - Chain Incendio 5-60 High Taper, Arrow Wizard 4-60 Needle - Dual Pack - Tail Viper 5-80 Orb, Sword Dran 3-60 Flat - Dual Pack - Sting Unicorno 4-60 Point, Bite Croc 3-60 LowFlat 11 beys total, all picked up from my local target last week. I've tested out some combos on my own, here's what I've come up with but I'd like feedback+ideas. I'm not too sure what's a good mix of bey types to have, going for 2 attack 1 stamina/balance atm - Soar Phoenix 3-60 Rush/Flat/Taper/Point - Keel Shark 4-60 Rush/Flat - Sword Dran 3-60 Rush/Flat - Arrow Wizard 9-60 Needle/High Needle FULL PARTS LIST BLADES: - Dran Dagger - Tusk Mammoth - Soar Phoenix - Keel Shark - Knife Shinobi - Sword Dran - Tail Viper - Chain Incendio - Arrow Wizard - Sting Unicorno - Bite Croc - Talon Ptera RATCHETS - 3-60 x3 - 4-60 x3 - 5-60 - 9-60 - 3-80 x2 - 4-80 - 5-80 BITS - Flat x2 - Rush - Gear Flat - Low Flat - Point - Orb - Needle - High Needle - Taper - High Taper - Ball RE: Making my first deck after a shopping spree, looking for advice - UrTall - Nov. 04, 2024 Here’s some combos that helped me get 5th in a tournament (the reason I didn’t do better was bc of wizard rod, so I suggest ordering that on amazon) Soar Phoenix 5-60 Point Chain Incendio 9-60 ball Bite croc 3-60 rush I also hear that Sting Unicorn 3-60 orb is pretty good Hope that helps! RE: Making my first deck after a shopping spree, looking for advice - KIO - Nov. 05, 2024 Your first Attack combo can be Soar Phoenix (PhoenixWing). Soar Phoenix on Rush has been a pretty consistent meta staple since December 2023. For the Ratchet choice, 3-60 aligns best but 5-60 has more weight. Soar Phoenix also works well on Point and Taper. Keel Shark (SharkEdge) can be run on Low Flat, Rush, Point, or Taper as your second Attack combo. Chain Incendio (HellsChain) and Sting Unicorn (UnicornSting) can be run on Orb for a Stamina combo. Again, the Ratchet choice can be 3-60, 5-60, or 9-60, but 9-60 is probably preferred due to its lower Burst Risk. If you're trying to make 2 Stamina combos, High Needle is probably the best second Stamina Bit option you have there. RE: Making my first deck after a shopping spree, looking for advice - Tyego - Nov. 05, 2024 Update: Got Talon Ptera 3-80 Ball booster. Original parts list has been updated. I heard Ball is a good stamina tip RE: Making my first deck after a shopping spree, looking for advice - UrTall - Nov. 05, 2024 I think rush is the best for attack, ball is best for stamina, point or hexa for balance, and defense is kinda trash, so your best bet is high needle if you want a defense bey |
