X-Treme Cup GP 2024 & Japan Championship 2024 Top Cut Decks - KIO - Oct. 29, 2024 A few days ago on October 27th, the X-Treme Cup GP 2024 & Japan Championship 2024 were held at Sunshine City in Tokyo. I wanted to share the winning combinations of the top 4 players from each tournament, which originally had 8 finalists from across Japan. The X-Treme Cup GP 2024 was the "open-class" nationals tournament, meaning Bladers of any age could enter. The Japan Championship 2024 was the "regular-class" equivalent, which was restricted to elementary school students. The winners of the X-Treme Cup GP 2024 and Japan Championship 2024 were "Tatsuki" and "13-Sousuke" respectively. These two Bladers will represent Japan at the "Asia Championship 2024" event in December. You can find the archived YouTube stream here. The event pages are here and here. The event was an 8 Blader, single-elimination bracket. All matches were played to 4 points. Quarterfinals matches were played using the 1on1 Battle match type. Semifinals and finals matches were played using the 3on3 Battle match type. The players' decks are listed below, with their 1on1 Battle Bey specified. X-Treme Cup GP 2024 1st Place - Tatsuki
