It´s a bad buy Why? Because It´s used and he don´t and ebay don´t garatify if it works

Also the games suck, unless you are planning to get it for modding which you can't be sure on what firmware it is on, just buy a DS with Pokemon much more fun. (PSP doesn't have good category of games)

Likely the screen is broken or the UMD reader has some failure, but In my opinion the buying of used stuff is very risky

Yea but most of those capabilities are untapped. PSP has good games but not a lot. On the other hand I find the DS to have the better library of games. Like Pokemon, Mario Kart, Kirby, Zelda...
Graphics =/= Better gameplay all the time
Look at KZ2, it had great graphics but a pretty bland Single player.

Pokemon, Mario Kart..... are classics, but PSP has very good titles like Midnight Club or any others which are no classics but very good titles with more resolution, and with PSP GO! you can play more HD games (NOTE: I don´t have played with PSP GO, I base in some friends comments)

Yes that is why i said, PSP is good but the amount of good games is small compared to DS. None the less both are good handhelds.
