Some very safe choices could be Soar Phoenix 5-60 Point and Hells Scythe 5-60/9-60 Ball. But I recommend trying out how certain parts work for you and see what you like.

Keel Shark 2-60 Gear Flat was a good combo I saw someone use, definitely get some testing in with that.

Ran Weiss Tiger today with 5-60 P and it was a lot of fun and did really well.

Hell Scythe 3-60 Ball is pretty good, Both Hell Chain and Hell Scythe have pretty decent destabilisation abilities.
Soar Phoenix 9-60 on Taper, Unite or Point are all pretty good and as it's currently one of the heaviest beys available, it's very very strong rn and there's not a lot you can do that would really change that.
An Underrated pick I'm yet to test but seems fun on paper though is Cobalt Dragoon 2-60 Point/Taper.
That being said, you should try and get a feel for what you like out of your parts and see what works for you, Playstyle, Launch angles and Launcher preferences will absolutely make a difference.
