I believe someone has to become a certified organizer by taking a test first to host tournaments. I think there also needs to be at least 4 people or something like that to participate.

Hey, following up on this thread. Did anyone ever get a community together and host yet? I’ve been collecting x for a couple months now and would like to get into the local scene. I just applied to be a WBO organizer and could host/judge a tournament and help facilitate getting a community together.
