Hi, I am looking to buy the booster BB-18 Libra and or the united states version, Libra DF145BS. It is the yellow, green, and silver blade.

A silver blade, XD incase you haven't noticed 90% of metal fight/fusion beyblades are metal have silver metal XD.
The Libra you are talking about is the Pre-HWS libra.

This beyblade won't be released by hasbro so you have to get the Takara Tomy or Sono Kong verison. And its a "rareish" blade because of how heavy the Wheel is.
Also the Libra Wheel is banned from all WBO tournaments
