Everything is fan run, the WBO isn't like an actual organization that goes around the world and sets up tournaments around certain regions like the B4/ WBBA does. If there's other people interested, then you should definitely become an organizer and try hosting someday. Otherwise, there won't be any tournaments by you anytime soon.
