BB-00 is a fake. BB-10 is real but there out of stock.
They also require a minimum of 30 dollar purchase. and yeah shipping is gonna be like 20-30 dollars , no matter really where you buy it from on the internet
Also this should be in the purchase consolation thread( http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Purchase-Consultation ), there is no reason to start a new thread just to ask if a stadium is real and if its a good deal
