I would love to host a tournament in my hometown but does age matter? I'm only 15yrs old. Also if I'm hosting this would it be ok if I say L-Drago is legal? I'm also curious if you guys are having an Fall Tourney in DC or MD? Theres lots of bladers i know there...

There are no age restrictions. L Drago is not normally banned anyway, so of course, it is legal.

As far as I know, that's just a gimmick, related to the anime, wherein it's called "The Forbidden Beyblade" as an indication of power.
