I was wondering if anyone could explain the logic behind fast vs slow spinning burst odds.
note: used to be another question, but I didn't want to spam a bunch of threads.

so X beys have 3 parts, the Blade, Ratchet, and bit. The Blade is equivalent to the Energy Layer+Fusion Wheel, the Ratchet is like a Spin Track and Disc combined, and the Bit is the Tip/Driver.
