In beyblade tournaments can you only use metal fusion/fight beyblades? Or can tou use other beyblades such as HMS and such,

It depends on who is hosting the tournaments will allow them or not. Most tournaments, if not all now are only using the Metal Fight Beyblades. Or if you mean Hasbro's tournaments, then it will always be the new Beyblades.
