Well it seems there is another stadium coming out from Hasbro other than Thunder Whip and I was wondering if anyone knew about this and if it is available anywhere in the world? I'd also like to know how it rivals Pegasus Thunder Whip.

It is not available yet. Read the Beyblade Metal Fusion topic, people will post there if they find anything new. Also, do not start threads about Hasbro products if you do not personally own them.
