Not really, it's still only ep 5 so he'll have a chance to beat her again at some point and prior to ep 4 he beat Pri with a burst so they're still kinda even atm. I just hope they don't put Bell or any character on some a really long losing streak like losing 3 or 4 battles in a row. Personally I would like to see Bell burst Pri's Tidal Pandora at some point if he gets to fight it again.

That makes him a punching bag? I think they've actually done a good job balancing Bel so far this season.

I completely forgot these were tag battles... lol. I wouldn't count Bel and Pri out tho and since this is a rematch Bel could win it this time around.

Not really need to be a tag battle, it could be one-on-one match against Bel. Hyuga asks Valt about a strategic plan to win as a callback to an episode of them in Sparking. The funny plan scene where Rantaro and Hikaru were clueless about what Valt and Hyuga trying to tell them.

I remember the scene, I think it was ep 14(english dub)/ep 27 or 28(japanese dub). But I'm still gonna say Bel can get even with Hyuga in a rematch, he already lost so I don't see why he should take another L. And if it's one v one his chances of winning are a bit higher since he won't have to worry about Valt or losing over something silly like bickering with Pri or something. Nothing against Hyuga tho, he's strong, but Bel has beaten tougher opponents than Hyuga like Free whom Hyuga couldn't beat 1 v 1 in sparking(granted, the brothers didn't fight too many solo battles with the legends and Bel himself needed 3 gears just to beat Free but the point still remains).

Who is the strongest Tag-Team Pri and Bell can beat? i'd say Free and Sisco b/c Pri is nowhere near legend level in any form and Bell doesn't use (good) strategies, so they'd have to play on each other's strengths and weaknesses.

Assuming it's with DB beys Fafnir and Longinus have more than enough AP to bully Belial and Pandora.

True, tbh Bel and Pri would need a miracle just to survive for a respectable amount of time. Bel only beat Free cuz he came back with every advantage under the sun and Lui gave him one last battle after getting bored clapping him. Him beating them in DB is really the only reason I said they might have a chance.

2v2 wise, Free and Lui sweep Bell and Pri. Free and Lui have a perfect dynamic in the stadium. We haven't seen much teamwork from Bell and Pri. Why? BECAUSE THEY HAVE NEVER TEAMED UP.
