Yes. In fact, it's the favorite attacker of many; most burst standard tournaments have at least on person using it. You can get it from beysandbricks

I think beysandbricks only accepts dollar, is there cheaper place to buy a tt one that is brand new?

TT beys are expensive, you'll be lucky to find one under $20, and I don't know if any shops take other currency besides usd. eBay has currency conversion if I recall, you can find one there as well
