Need some confirmation: Is this a legit version of this specific Cosmic Pegasus F: D (Spark FX)? The markings on the metal parts are seemingly on the right location.

You're fine. It looks authentic, mold numbers check out. There are no known fakes of Hasbro Beyblades anyway.
