I would say no it's not safe to use any part of a fake Beyblade. LED cadmium Mercury all of these things are present in a lot of these knockoff brands not to mention the fact that the companies that sell these brands are quite often involved in a lot more deeper and darker criminal activity besides just selling counterfeit Goods. If I were you I'd stick with Takara Tomy or Hasbro or Sonic on and young toys if you feel like going that route
