Hey! I'm trying to become an organizer and to grow our community of bladers in Colombia and LATAM. Does anybody know where can I get the updated rules for burst classic format? I can't seem to find them anywhere.

Question: in the "banned parts" section, when it says: "All Dynamite Battle energy layers" does it mean just Greatest Raphael? Or is it all of the DB layers?
