Variable' on Tapered? - DragoonGalaxy15 - Mar. 06, 2022

(before you say anything, Ultimate Valkyrie is my only DB bey) this is quite obvious, but on the newer discs, Variable' scrapes. alot. i was thinking, how good is it on Tapered? Tapered has a very smooth underside, so if Variable' scrapes the effect probably won't be as prominent. Hopefully i'm able to get a haul of DB beys, and then i'll post the test results.

Literally Scrape City. Tp is best used on drivers that won't have to worry about the scrape issues such as Rs, Br, and Dr.

If ur getting a haul- don't use variable'.
There are many bey drivers that are 1000% better for attack!

Metal destroy
Metal drift
Quattro
That dynamite driver I forgot the name of +v

But if variable is your jam, just use giga

I think GG/OV/Kr/Nx+S is better choice, as while all DB discs have a scrape hazard, I think they are better.

And this list doesn't even cover most "competitive" attack drivers.

Xtreme', Metal Xtreme, Quick', Destroy' are more commonly used.

i don't wanna be that dude but those are all trash for attack except venture(i think thats what its called)+v, especially since drift is more stamina oriented and metal drivers suck, but ur point still stands, variable' isn't good. if you'd wanna use a driver like it, evo' works just as well and is way taller, even when fully awakened. tapered would actually make scraping worse cuz its soooooo low. the roundness is good for LAD, but at high speeds it will legitimately drift, especially with a low driver. over is literally variable but higher and heavier, so id recommend using that

sounds alright, but i don't currently have access to Evolution' (or even just evolution), might get it in the haul.

Well, that didn’t stop X', but V’ is a problem as it’s too short.

Anything shorter than Xtreme' will likely scrape on most DB disks, X' is already cutting it as is
