I've had a bunch of my HMS break like that(like 4 of them out of my 7) and I barely used them. The rest are all getting close to breaking as well(besides me Draciel Ms -.-). This is why I stopped buying HMS.

I've had so many breaks from when I was younger and played heavily, which is why i have a container full of broken parts (attack rings spilt in half, weight disks in pieces, ripcords and launchers broken, etc.) so now I am lacking parts...Unhappy

but recently I broke 2 weight disks and a blade base (which I really needed) all within 5 minutes because of DEMS. A couple of the metal pieces from the weight disk actually flew from the blade and broke this huge whole in the side of my stadium >.<

RE: Whine about your breaks - Bey Brad - Jan. 08, 2009

i have never, ever broken a weight disk ever

how the hell do you do this

RE: Whine about your breaks - Pich - Jan. 08, 2009

Using WD attacking or using a 6 wide(they are sooo fragile). I've broken 10 wide by WD attacking and 6 wide just from using it on spin dragoon.

RE: Whine about your breaks - Aqua - Jan. 08, 2009

@ bey brad
i'm not sure either... i was surprised myself but i guess its because i've had those weight disks for prbly over 4 years and i used to use my blades quite heavily when i was younger. so some of my parts are quite worn out.

also the DEMS was brand new.

and about the stadium, idk it just happened, the WD broke away from the blade and ended up getting stuck in the stadium wall leaving a hole. (the broken pieces were sharp)

@ pichuscute:

yeah it was a six wide and eight balance.

RE: Whine about your breaks - Brimstone - Jan. 08, 2009

it depends what kind of weight disk it was. for instance, a fake weight disk can snap into two by bending them easily.

BTW, six wide can do this, too.

RE: Whine about your breaks - Brimstone - Jan. 08, 2009

thats weird. lol. they look pretty strong to me.

RE: Whine about your breaks - Pich - Jan. 08, 2009

Well, I've done it with one of my old hasbro ones. =/ Maybe it was just mine.

RE: Whine about your breaks - Brimstone - Jan. 08, 2009

maybe it got wet and it got rusted

Naw, it wasn't rusted or anything. They are pretty fragile cuz I almost did it with a second one, just now, to check.

RE: Whine about your breaks - Brimstone - Jan. 08, 2009

what did you use against it?

I had a ten-Wide snapped when launching Gaia Dragoon V for the first time when I assembled it. The blade hadn't even touched the floor yet when the WD was shattered into pieces.

Then, I broke a Star Attack WD by using it against an MFB Leone

And the plastic pieces from all my four magne WD's flew off, many right at the first or second launch.

RE: Whine about your breaks - Giga - Jan. 08, 2009

what plastic pieces?

RE: Whine about your breaks - Rocky - Jan. 08, 2009

I don't see why everyone is so suprised.....if they take a lot of hits, they break. I've had quite a few break, all Hasbro. Plus it's more fun than when an AR breaks because you're more likely to have a spare and they totally shatter rather than breaking in two or three......or mine do anyways. Grin

RE: Whine about your breaks - Giga - Jan. 08, 2009

but i snapped a brand new out of the box that day TAKARA 8 wide

RE: Whine about your breaks - NeoBlader - Jan. 08, 2009

The other day I was battling my metal driger(hasbro) against another beyblade and the first time metal driger got blasted across the room and fell apart. I then relaunched and the same thing happened except it hit my radiator and the 8-balance that was on it snapped into 3. It probably doesnt help that my AR is really worn on the inside and loose.
