Chapter 12: Former Champion! Aiga’s Resonance Training!

Keith: “Wait, so you live here?”
Aiga: “No, but I’ve been staying here since last month training with Shu and Lucy.”
Keith: “That’s so cool.”
Aiga smiled and asked.
Aiga: “So Shu, this is the one you want me to teach about Resonance?”
Shu pointed to Lucy and said.
Shu: “Don’t forget Lucy.”
Aiga rubbed the back of his head.
Aiga: “Sorry Lucy.”
Lucy walked over to Keith and the two followed Aiga.
Aiga showed them the guest house, where he stayed and the other two would stay.
Then the three walked to the bey stadium.
Aiga: “So have you two heard about BladerBey Resonance and BladerBey Zone?”
Keith: “I’ve heard of Resonance but not BladerBey Zone.”
Aiga: “Alright, so Resonance has three forms, Common Resonance, which you experience most of the time. Sync which is when a Blader syncs with their bey, and finally Dark Resonance and Dark Sync, which is when bladers share the pain with their bey.”
Keith remembered when Irene used Sync, Van used Sync and Valt used Sync.
Aiga then got up and said.
Aiga: “Time to battle!”
Keith and Lucy gasped and got up ready to battle.
Aiga: “2 on 1, now examine each other’s bey.”
Keith held Achilles.
Keith’s Mind: “So Achilles has three different attachments, Hero Blade, Hero Shield and Hero Armor. One for each type, it’s armor seems to put all the weight into the swords, and the disc can convert two points of weight to either the swords or not the swords. It’s driver is Xtend+’, it’s like the ultimate balance type bey.”
Everyone: “3! 2! 1!”
Everyone: “Go Shoot!”
Achilles had the Hero Blade attachment on, while Kratos took center in Stamina mode, and Loki spun around the outer ridge.
Aiga: “Achilles, Hero Shoot!”
Achilles began barraging Kratos.
Keith: “Now, Destruction Bound!”
Kratos bound Achilles away straight in the path of Loki.
Lucy: “Loki! Disaster Spear!”
Loki slammed into Achilles and hit it out of the stadium.
Aiga: “One point for you two.”
Everyone: “3! 2! 1!”
Everyone: “Go Shoot!”
Achilles had the Hero Shield attachment on, while Kratos was in Attack mode.
Achilles took center while Kratos and Loki began barraging Achilles.
Aiga: “Achilles, parry their attacks. Hero Shield!”
Then Achilles began parrying all of Kratos and Loki’s attacks.
Keith: “Kratos, together!”
Kratos awakened, it’s axes gleamed.
Keith: “Destruction Axe!”
Aiga: “Not so fast, Hero Parry!”
Kratos hit Achilles, and shot out of the stadium with a burst.
Loki then slammed into Achilles, and began barraging Achilles again.
Lucy: “Loki, Disaster Spear!”
Loki hit Achilles, and Achilles barely moved.
Then Loki began to lose spin.
Lucy: “Loki, come on!”
Loki’s avatar appeared, it’s spear and shield lit up.
Lucy: “Disaster Strike!”
Loki slammed into Achilles.
Lucy was excited to win.
Then Loki burst and Lucy’s face was filled with defeat.
After the two got their beys, Aiga walked over to them.
Aiga: “If you can’t burst me, then you can’t even Over or Spin Finish, Shu and his Legacy Spriggan.”
Then for the next 3 weeks, Keith and Lucy trained non-stop and only ate if they got two points against Aiga.
On the final day, Keith and Lucy beat Aiga, and went back to the main island.

Chapter 13: Onigashima Island! A Demon Lives Here!

Keith was fast asleep when two pots were slammed together.
Keith: “Ah! I’m up.”
Elizabeth, who was Baki’s younger sister, ran up stairs to get Keith up.
Baki: “Hey Keith, Valt and the other legends wanted us to meet them at the airport.”
Keith grabbed his hoodie and threw it over his tank-top, he grabbed Kratos and his launcher and ran down the stairs.
Baki, Irene and Samson were downstairs eating breakfast.
Samson: “Morning Keith.”
Irene: “Hey Keith, I saved your breakfast for you.”
Keith smiled with jogging over and picked it up.
Keith: “Thanks a bunch, Irene, your amazing!”
Irene looked away and twirled her hair.
Irene: “No problem.”
Baki noticed that and realized something.
He walked over and sat next to Keith.
Baki: “Hey Keith, you have any clue why the legends want us?”
Keith shook his head.
Then the door opened, and Valt walked in.
Keith: “Valt!”
Valt: “Yo, ready to go?”
Everyone finished their food quickly and walked over to Valt.
Before they left Keith noticed a pendant sitting on the counter, he ran over and grabbed it.
As everyone walked on, they saw a tour bus.
Baki: “Valt, what’s that?”
Valt: “It’s our tour bus, it has enough beds for all of us. Shu rented it for us.”
The door opened, and Shu, Free, Lucy, Yuito, Shu’s wife Rosalina, and Shi and Sei, their twins walked out. Keith: “But how? That’s 12 people!”
Valt pointed over and another one sat there.
Valt: “We’ll be splitting half of you guys to go with Shu and his wife, and the other half with me and Free.”
Keith gasped, he hoped him, Baki and Irene were paired together.
Valt walked over to his bus and called out.
Valt: “Okay, Keith and Irene will be doing private training with me and Free.”
Shu: “Samson, Yuito, Lucy and Baki follow me.”
Keith: “Valt, where is our private training?”
Valt: “Onigashima Island.”
Keith: “Where’s that?”
Valt: “You’ll see.”
Keith and Irene entered Valt’s bus and it drove away.
Keith and Irene sat on a bed together and were chatting, but eventually they entered heavy traffic.
Free: “Shoot, we’ll be here for a while.”
Keith looked out and saw miles of cars.
He walked back to the bed and sat on it.
Irene took her jacket off, and didn’t see her pendant.
Irene: “Where is it! No no no no.”
Keith: “Irene, what is it?”
Irene: “I lost my pendant from my grandmother.”
Keith remembered when he grabbed the pendant on the counter.
He took it out of his pocket and held it out to her.
Irene: “That’s it!”
She picked it up and put it around her neck.
Keith: “I saw it on the counter and grabbed it.”
Irene hugged Keith.
Irene: “Thank you so much! You have no idea how much this pendant means to me!”
Keith hugged her back, Free looked back at the two.
Free: “Look at them, Valt.”
Valt turned around and saw Keith and Irene hugging, with Irene blushing.
Valt: “Hm, seems Irene likes Keith huh?”
Free nodded while grabbing his phone.
Then about 2 hours later, the bus had moved up about half of the way but was still far from the car check.
Irene and Keith had fallen asleep on each other’s shoulders, while Valt was at the wheel, and Free was seating in the passenger seat reading a novel, Shu recommended him.
Then another 1 and a half passed, and they were near the boat that would take them to Onigashima Island.
They drove onto the boat, which only had one spot on, for their bus.
The boat departed from the main land, and Irene woke up from the boat first leaving.
Irene rugged her eyes, and saw Keith.
Irene became flustered and gently put Keith’s head on a pillow. She got up and was ready to move to the other bottom bed.
Irene walked to the other bed and opened her phone.
Then the bus got onto a boat, and it began it’s trip to Onigashima Island.
The boat eventually landed at Onigashima Island, and the bus exited the boat. It parked and Valt turned it off.
Valt: “Grab your stuff guys. We’ll be on this island for a week.”
Free grabbed his bag and exited the bus.
Irene woke Keith up and the two grabbed their stuff.
When they exited the heard a laugh echo the island.
???: “I’ll beat you bladers! I’m the first of three bladers you’ll be facing on Onigashima Island.”
Keith and Irene followed the voice, until they found a stadium with one boy standing there, he had blonde hair with two blue streaks running through it.
Valt: “Yo, so Lui did really let you come here?”
The boy turned around and said.
???: “Sure did.”
Free: “Keith, Irene this is Lui’s friend, Drum Koryu.”
Drum: “Wow, you brought some new bladers for me to beat.”
Keith grinned.
Keith: “In your dreams!”
Drum showed his bey off.
Drum: “This is my bey, Crescent Dragon!”
Keith showed his bey.
Keith: “Destruction Kratos, is my partner.”
Keith walked up to the stadium and put Kratos onto his launcher, and got ready to launch Kratos. When Drum passed Dragon to Keith.
Keith: “Huh?”
Keith grabbed Dragon and gave Kratos to Drum.
Keith’s Mind: “Dragon has four re-bound blades, when pushed they’ll hit back. It’s armor puts all the weight into the re-bound blades, it’s disc is the same as Loki’s disc. It’s driver’s bottom is made of metal, and it’s a dash driver.”
Drum took Dragon back and put it on his launcher.
Both: “3! 2! 1!”
Both: “Go Shoot!”

Chapter 14: Drum’s Attack! Demon King!

Dragon and Kratos landed on the stadium floor, Kratos took center.
Drum: “Now, Dragon Shoot!”
Dragon began barraging Kratos, but Keith was ready.
Keith: “Destruction Bound!”
Kratos hit Dragon into the stadium wall, Keith thought he won.
Drum: “Crescent Recoil!”
Dragon recoiled and slammed into Kratos, and it flew out of the stadium.
Drum: “Alright I won!”
???: “Hey! Drum, you supposed to be battling me remember?”
Drum: “Sorry Lui!”
Lui stood on top of a medium sized drone.
Valt: “Yo, Lui. Is the one I wanted here yet?”
???: “Valt! I’m here and ready for battle.”
A short kid ran through the forest, his cape flew with the wind.
Free: “Well seems he is here.”
Valt: “How’s it going, Bell?”
Bell: “It’s amazing Valt!”
The two fist-bumped, and another person ran through the forest.
???: “Bell, you shouldn’t leave me like that!”
Bell: “Sorry, you should get quicker!”
???: “Man, you’re the worst friend ever!”
Keith: “Who’s that?”
A girl with white and pink hair caught up to Bell, she was wearing a long jacket with jeans and a tank top on.
Bell: “So Phoebe, ready to battle again?”
Phoebe: “Of course!”
The two got their launchers out and launched their beys.
Keith: “Woah! This is the Demon King, Bell?”
Bell: “Dangerous Belial! Almight Shoot!”
Phoebe: “Prominence Phoenix! Prominence Shield!”
The two battled and neither won, as their matches continued to end in draws.
Then another boat appeared.
Valt: “Who’s that?”
Lui: “I don’t know.”
The boat closed in on the shore, and a caped boy jumped from it.
Keith: “Van!”
Van: “I’ll destroy you all!”
Gemma: “Master, please don’t do that.”
???: “Hm, finally time for me to use my Mythical Bey!”
Keith: “Who’s that!”
Van: “That’s my new recruit, War Shakadera.”
War: “Pleasure Keith, it’ll be fun winning against you.”
Keith: “Huh!?”

Chapter 15: Van’s Team! Immortal Blow!

War stood there his white hair stood out in the dark sky.
Keith looked and War seemed like a giant.
Van: “Well, I was thinking that since there’s three of us, there could be three, 1v1s?”
Keith: “Yeah, and you’ll be my opponent!”
Van walked over to the stadium.
Van: “Keith, Bell and Irene will be our opponents.”
Van: “Me against Keith, War against Bell and Irene against Gemma.”
Keith: “Alright, I get to take you down!”
War: “My first battle, with Immortal Warrior.”
Everyone readied their launchers and launches.
Everyone: “3! 2! 1!”
Everyone: “Go Shoot!”
Fallen Valkyrie and Kratos hit the stadium floor, Kratos took center, in Stamina Mode.
Van: “Venture Shoot!”
Fallen Valkyrie began it’s barrage but in a different pattern.
Keith noticed on the bottom of Venture, there was a huge metal piece.
Van: “So you noticed, I upgraded Venture’ with the V Gear!”
Keith: “Now, Destruction Bound!”
Kratos repelled Fallen Valkyrie’s attacks, but Van kept attacking, until Fallen Valkyrie hit Kratos and burst it.
Keith gasped, as Kratos’ parts flew in the air.
Warrior and Belial hit the stadium floor, Belial had all it’s gears on, and was in Ultra-High Mode.
War: “Immortal Shoot!”
Warrior began barraging Belial.
Bell: “Belial! Dangerous Bomber!”
Belial slammed into Warrior, and it began flying.
Bell: “It’s an Over Finish!”
War smirked, and Warrior’s ability activated.
War: “Warrior, Zeus’ Anger!”
Warrior’s layer then activated it’s metal burst stoppers and spring loaded shields.
Bell: “What how did you!?”
War: “The Immortal Blade, is normally .”
Warrior then took center and Belial began barraging it.
Bell: “End this Belial! Dangerous Crush!”
Belial slammed into Warrior, but it stayed still.
Bell: “Push harder, Belial!”
War: “Now, Immortal Rebound!”
Warrior hit Belial and launched it away. Belial landed on the ground.
Ifrit and Gladius landed on the stadium floor, and Gladius took center.
Gemma: “Elite Zone!”
Ifrit scraped on Wave and shot towards Gladius.
Irene: “Ifrit, Eruption Impact!”
Ifrit hit Gladius and it flew out of the stadium.
War walked over to Bell and grabbed Belial.
War then took Belial apart and tossed it to the ground.
War: “Wow, your still using a DB Bey? No wonder you lost.”
Phoebe ran over and grabbed War’s arm.
Phoebe: “Don’t say that to Bell!”
War then kicked her in the side, and she fell to the ground.
Bell jumped up and punched War’s gut.
Bell: “You brute!!”
War tripped back and turned away. He walked over to Van.
Van: “Your all weak, there’s no place for you in the blading world.”
Valt walked over to Van, he pulled out Holy Valkyrie.
Valt: “In a month, we’ll have a Champion Title Match.”
Van smirked and said.
Van: “I like those odds.”
He turned and walked to Lui.
Van: “Lui, I’ve beaten Valt and Free, so now you and Shu remain. I’ll beat you right here and now.”
Lui jumped off his drone, and grabbed his bey.
Lui: “Extinction Longinus, will completely send Fallen Valkyrie to the void.”
The two walked to the stadium and put their beys on their launchers.
Both: “3! 2! 1!”
Both: “Go Shoot!”
The two beys hit the stadium floor, and began barraging each other.
Van: “Venture Shoot!”
Lui: “Nightmare Shoot!”
Neither bey was losing, as both were still high in terms of stamina.
Van grit hit teeth.
Van: “Dark Sync!’
Van entered Dark Sync, and shared the pain with Fallen Valkyrie.
Van(Sync): “Fallen Wing Beat!”
Fallen Valkyrie hit Longinus, and then burst.
Van gasped.
Lui: “Longinus features 10 metal dragon heads, it’s weight and attack power is incredible.”
Van grabbed Fallen Valkyrie and walked away.
War and Gemma followed him.
Keith stood there, and thought about the title match and Lui’s power.
