Dark is not a good Metal Wheel. Moreover, we would prefer if topics that are made here actually feature test results to suggest good combinations, not to ask whether one customization is good. That would perhaps belong in the "Build me a combo!" thread more.
Also, you could simply write this combination as Dark Pegasus/Pegasis ED145WB.

Bull is a good clear wheel for both defense and stamina, and doesn't it come with WB?

WB is a bottom, or a "preformance tip".
