Only if someone organises one. I don't believe there are any organisers locally at the moment. There have been Vegas tournaments in the past though, and it does have a thread though it's mostly dormant: https://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-LAS-VEGAS-NEVADA-USA-Tournament-Discussion so you could bump that to see if anyone else is around. There is also https://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Any-Fellow-Beybladers-in-Reno-Nevada?pid=1786078&highlight=Vegas#pid1786078 this thread where one user mentions being from Vegas who you could potentially reach out to? After that it's community outreach, see if there are local facebook groups and try to set something up perhaps?
