Driver - Charge Metal - BonkBlade - Sep. 03, 2021

=Description=

Charge Metal is an attack type driver that is coloured with a dark blue paint.
It has a stylized letter C on the top of the driver for easy differentiation.
It also features metal on the bottom of the driver, increasing weight and attack power.
It features a flat tip, akin to a metal tipped Zephyr.
Whilst the round semi-circle shape of the driver may imply high LAD, this is negated by the inclusion of the metal.
Charge Metal has one major weakness, that is that the metal provides a risk of scraping.
This is not the case most of the time, as it only scrapes sometimes.
When launched, Charge Metal moves in a fairly controllable movement pattern when launched in a banking pattern, similar to that of Accel.

=Overall=

Charge Metal does not have the Attack Power or Speed of Hunter’, Jolt’, or Xtreme’.
However, If one struggles to control the aforementioned drivers, Charge Metal can prove to be a very good driver.

As such, whilst not being as fast as the previously mentioned drivers, Charge Metal is still a viable driver.
There are risks, however these problems are not very big ones.

Charge Metal is a welcome addition to a blader’s collection.

Now, I hope this is sufficient for the Wiki! Just tell me if there are any problems. Thanks, ~Bonk

Charge Metal features a metal-plated bottom, similar to Octa. Charge Metal's metal-plated bottom, together with the metal tip makes it the heaviest Performance Tip at the time of writing, with a weight of 16.9 grams. The heavy weight of Charge, paired with a flat tip akin to Accel, creates an aggressive attack pattern that has better Stamina than Accel. However, the Stamina is mitigated by Charge Metal's wide base, along with its low height, because it creates a scrape risk. Scraping can create aggressive charging patterns, hence the name, at the cost of Life After Death and Stamina. Charge Metal is useful in attack combinations, thanks to the heavy weight and the aggressive attack pattern, especially when paired with a heavy forge disc/chassis. However, the heavy weight also decreases Burst resistance. Due to the "Metal" suffix, its tip is metal, compared to Charge's plastic tip. Although having more weight, it also creates less friction on the stadium making KOs easier.

==Use in Attack Combinations==
Charge can be used in the attack combination (MCC) Brave Solomon Charge Metal 2A/Rage Helios1 Charge Metal 3A. The high attack potential of Brave/Rage creates an exceptional Attack layer, with low Recoil. 0/00/7/10's heavy weight further increases the combination's weight, and creates greater momentum for charge attacks. The double chassis also creates synergy with the layers to give it better attack.

==Overall==
Charge Metal is a great attack driver with heavy weight and an ability to charge at the opponent. It carries a scrape risk, but it helps to create aggressive attack patterns. However, the heavy weight causes it to have less Burst resistance, and the low friction created by the metal tip makes it susceptible to KOs.
As such, Charge is a must have for competitive bladers.[/font]

Charge Metal is also notably a little unstable, and is also outclassed by Charge' in most ways. It's not a must-have.

It might outclassed, however when testing, the extra weight brought by the metal helps for attack, and also it was able to beat Charge’ in testing. The combo used for both was Rage Longinus Wheel 1D.

No, this is the one from Tempest Dragon.
I assume you are referring to the regular Charge driver.
