I mean, why would you use a defense type to burst someone? Use an attack type. Also, Legend Spriggan would probably burst itself against Revive Phoenix, if the hits are hard enough.

Also, you don't need to burst Legend Spriggan, you could defiantly Out Spin it a bunch of times and like G2 said, Spriggan will probably burst itself

That's not even a question, the weight difference makes Revive Pheonix win and yes it can very easily burst it.
